    Collective healing in a safe and supportive space led by Nakeia, DNP, PMHNP-BC. Together, we will embark on a journey of healing and self-discovery. This is your sanctuary to heal, grow, and experience the healing energy of vulnerability, self-love, and sisterhood.

    Learn to soothe your nervous system through a variety of somatic healing modalities including breathwork, meditation, sound baths, yoga, and more.

    Exclusive access to guest experts sharing their wisdom and expertise in trauma, healing, personal development, and healthy relationships.

  • Shadow Work

    Shadow work exercises and journal prompts created to encourage deep introspection, self-awareness, and push your personal growth beyond our group meetups.
